Quick Facts

  • Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 1:30pm
  • 20 – 32 patients per day — 15-minute follow-up visits
  • Telehealth and in-clinic visits
  • Coverage needed until permanent position is filled
  • Time allocated for charting between patients
  • Experience with trigger point and Botox injections required
